Use this page to request deletion of your Farmnidium login account and associated app-access data.

Before you submit

  • You do not need approval from a farm owner to request deletion. Completing account deletion ends your access to every connected farm.
  • If you only want to leave one farm, do not request account deletion. Ask that farm's owner or administrator to remove your access.
  • If you are the only owner of a farm, ownership must be transferred or the farm must be closed before account deletion can be completed. Farmnidium will contact you about the next steps.

Steps to request deletion

  1. 1Submit the form with the email address or account identifier you use in Farmnidium.
  2. 2Farmnidium will review and verify the request within 30 days.
  3. 3After verification, login and app-access data is removed or anonymized. Some operational, legal, audit, tax, security, dispute, or backup data may be retained as described below.

What happens to your data

  • Removed or anonymized: central login credentials, mobile authentication tokens, active farm app-access links, profile preferences, and direct account identifiers where they are not needed for retained records.
  • May be retained: farm operational records, workday/load/order history, audit logs, support records, security logs, invoices, tax/legal records, and records the farm must keep for business or legal reasons.
  • Retention period: requests are reviewed within 30 days; backup and log remnants expire within 90 days unless legal retention requires longer.
