Invitation-based access

Farmnidium farms and workspaces are created or provisioned by Farmnidium administrators or authorized farm representatives. Users cannot create farms through open self-registration.

Workers, haulers, owners, and other users may access a farm only after being invited, approved, or otherwise authorized by the relevant farm organization or Farmnidium administrator.

Farm organization responsibility

Each farm organization is responsible for deciding who may access its workspace, what roles and permissions those users receive, and whether worker or app access should be approved, suspended, detached, or revoked.

Farm organizations are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and business use of the farm, worker, field, equipment, load, order, workday, and other operational records they enter or manage in Farmnidium.

User responsibilities

Users must keep credentials confidential, use Farmnidium only for authorized farm operations, and avoid accessing, changing, exporting, sharing, or deleting data without permission.

Users must not misuse worker, location, load, payroll-related, financial, license, certificate, or other sensitive information available through Farmnidium.

Data control and retention

Farm operational data is generally controlled by the farm organization that manages the workspace. Farmnidium may process that data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Account deletion requests may remove or deactivate login and app-access data, but farm operational records, audit logs, legal records, tax records, security logs, backups, and records needed by the farm organization may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy and account deletion page.

Service changes and availability

Farmnidium may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, farm administration, or service improvement.

Farmnidium is provided for farm operations support. Users should maintain their own operational controls, backups, and verification processes for critical business decisions.

Termination

A farm organization or Farmnidium administrator may suspend or revoke access when a user no longer needs access, violates these Terms, creates a security risk, or when required by law or farm policy.

Termination of app access does not automatically delete farm operational records that the farm organization or Farmnidium must keep for business, legal, audit, tax, security, or dispute reasons.
