Information we collect
We collect account and profile details such as name, username, email address, language, theme, authentication state, and app access status.
When a new farm submits a join request, we store the contact name, farm name, email address, optional phone number, and message so we can contact them personally about Farmnidium.
Farm workspaces may also contain farm memberships, worker records, contact details, employment fields, license or certificate details, payroll-related identifiers, farm settings, fields, crops, equipment, loads, orders, workday records, location-check results, preferences, audit events, and technical logs.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, provide farm operations features, control farm access, support workday and load workflows, respond to new-farm enquiries, protect the service, audit sensitive-field access, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal or contractual obligations.
Sharing and processors
Farmnidium does not sell personal data. Information may be available to the farm organization that invited the user, authorized Farmnidium administrators, infrastructure providers, and service providers needed to operate, secure, back up, or support the service.
Retention
Account deletion requests are reviewed within 30 days. Login and app-access data is deleted or deactivated after verification unless retention is required for legal, tax, security, dispute, audit, or farm operational reasons.
Backup and log remnants are retained for up to 90 days unless a longer legal retention period applies.
Security
Farmnidium uses access controls, authentication tokens, encrypted sensitive worker fields where configured by the app, audit records, and operational safeguards to protect data.
Your choices
Users can request account deletion from the public account deletion page. Farm-managed worker or operational records may also require review by the relevant farm administrator before deletion or anonymization.
